TRAINING FOR PROGRAMME OPERATORS ON WORKING WITH DORIS
On the 14 - 15 of November 2013 speakers from the FMO in cooperation with the NFP held a training for Programme Operators on the topic of "Systems for evaluation and reporting on programme and project level under the EEA and Norway Grants 2009 - 2014". The training included a general overview of the Documentation and Reporting Information System (DORIS), programme reporting through the system - interim financial reports, annual reports and strategic report as well as administrating the system at programme level, creation of new accounts, etc. New functionalities regarding risk management, defining advancements, results and reporting under the programmes have also been highlighted. A detailed description has been made of the procedures for reporting on project level, the necessary information to be included and processed to the FMO. The training included numerous practical examples and interactive exercises in the test version of DoRIS.
The participants had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss isues they had while working with DoRIS. "Timely" and "very useful" were the most common comments on the training, having in mind the forthcoming activities and the pivotal role of DoRIS for the implementation of the EEA and Norway Grants.

19.05.201511 projects within 3 thematic panels were presented during a seminar under the EEA and Norway Grants. The projects are implemented with the financial support of Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, which provide to Bulgaria access to 126,6 million euro.
