CALL FOR SELECTION OF EXTERNAL EVALUATORS UNDER PROGRAMME BG06 "CHILDREN AND YOUTH AT RISK" FINANCED BY THE EEA GRANTS 2009 - 2014

The Ministry of Education, Youth and Science is announcing a procedure for selection of external evaluators for the selection of project proposals under Component 1 and 2 of the "Children and Youth at Risk" Programme, financed under the EEA Grants 2009 - 2014. The National Focal Point and the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Sofia have the pleasure to present the first issue of a joint Bulletin presenting up-to-date information on the implementation of the EEA and Norway Grants in Bulgaria. Four times per year, the Bulletin will include an overview of the past and future events, as well as open calls and good practices among the already implemented projects. Enjoy reading issue one.
