CALL FOR PROPOSALS UNDER THE CORRECTIONAL SERVICES PROGRAMME

The Ministry of Justice as a Programme Operator of Programme BG 15 “Correctional Services Including Non-Custodial Measures” of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 has announced the Open call for project proposals of the Small Grant Scheme within Programme BG 15.

The main goals of the Small Grant Scheme are to improve the practical skills and knowledge of staff at places of deprivation of liberty, to build social skills in sentenced persons, to cover the specific needs of vulnerable groups in building social skills and to improve their reintegration.

The eligibility requirements, detailed selection criteria, description of the selection process and the decision-making structure are specified in detail in the Guidelines for Applicants for the Small Grant Scheme.

The deadline for submission of project proposals is 5:30 p.m. on 12 September 2014.
