UPDATE OF THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS UNDER THE BILATERAL FUND

An update of the Call for proposals, the Guidelines for applicants and the application package of documents that are in force since the 29th of April 2014.

The main change of the documents includes wider opportunities for establishing partnerships with entities from the Donor States.
